Cancellation and Refunds Policy:

Each tour package reservation has its own fixed cancellation policy. It is your responsibility to review and understand the cancellation policy for each reservation before confirming your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation made 30 days before the service start date will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total package cost.
• Cancellation made between 15 to 30 days before the service start date will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total package cost.
• Cancellation made between 07 to 15 days before the service start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total package cost.
• Cancellation made between 03 to 07 days before the service start date will incur a 90% cancellation fee of the total package cost.
• Cancellation made during or within 0 to 03 days before the service start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total package cost.
